incase you didnt notice, tonight we ate leftovers, sat outside and got eaten by mosquitos while enjoying some tasty ice cream in a super tasty ice cream cone. please do this sometime this week. i promise you will thank me later.

i spent the entire weekend canning.
i canned 60 pounds of tomatoes in various forms.
salsa. pasta sauce. chutney. barbeque relish. sweet and sour sauce. tomato puree.
it was exhausting and exhilerating at the same time.
i have some recipes to share.

i have been a little bummed lately that i do not have a new knitting project.
the last few ones have just not been hitting my buttons the right way, and i have tore them out.
i was inspired today by this collection.

i have spent many hours recently writing and thinking and figurin it all out. sometimes it just feels good to get it all out onto paper.
