sorry i have been awol for the last 5 days. thank you type pad for bringing that to my attention.
i have so many new projects that i will be posted this week, as well as a look into the super crafty swap. which i am so obsessed and excited about.
i took the man with me to the farmers market this weekend. and by man i mean bubba man. my baby boy that i really think is like the reincarnate of a best friend that i have never met.
and we ate at a good place. a place that gives dogs unlimited refills on their favorite beverage. avett likes his stirred not shaken and extra on the ice.
he is an avid people watcher. (avid is also a name that he gets called most often by people who are unfamiliar with the Avett brothers. pronounced A-vet. heavy on the a. and cant figure out how to say his name. )
until the food comes. up and at em.
this might bug some people. because they might think, gross. a dog at the table. getting his head near your food. but not me. the closer the better. what better way to enjoy my food than to stare at this beautiful face.
whoa, how did the color go so bad. so wrong. so fast. eek.
i am a lucky girl i tell ya.
a few sidenotes:
- avett was named after the avett brothers in 2006 when he was born. the avett brothers were much different then. i still kinda like them.... but not obsessed as i was circa de 2006. cody and i lived in boone, nc and would go anywhere to see the avett brothers. which usually wasnt very far. considering they are from nc. and at that time, they had NEVER and i mean NEVER even been heard of by mtv. all that has changed now. and all i got was a dog named avett.
- annabelle the baby girl was not on this trip. she was riding in a truck to get some mulch. and she much preferred this. she does not enjoy the farmers market because it means you have to walk over grates in the city and that is something she would rather never do. she is a trail girl.
- this post is a sick ploy to keep people from thinking i'll never post again. i am tired. and this is all i had today. but i promise, i will produce something more enlightening and enjoyable tomorrow.
