soaked granola is my new bff. one of my favorite blogs: nourished kitchen put up a recipe for baked oatmeal, that was soaked, and ball started rolling from there.
I made mine with oats soaked overnight in buttermilk.
i added butter, coconut oil, dried cranberries, raisins, walnuts, and maple syrup.
I baked mine at 275 for 2 hours.
here is the best mixture: plain homemade whole milk yogurt, bananas, granola and maple syrup on top.
